Roll-Over Systems

When a high sidewall dairy curtain is the answer, then the Roll-Over curtain system is the solution. As the curtain is lowered from the top, the curtain is kept taught by wrapping the excess curtain around the permanently mounted bottom rolling tube. This system reduces the dirt and moisture build up associated with a drop down curtain, wind noise is decreased and the haven for rodents is eliminated. Centre Roll Systems

Our Centre Roll curtain system is ideal for large dairies. A variety of different curtain material types and weights are available. Temperature controllers are available for fully automated systems. Roll-Up Systems

The Roll-Up creates the ultimate dairy curtain system. With the Roll-Up the curtain is permanently fastened along the top of the opening. The curtain is then rolled around a moving centre aluminum keder tube. This bottom tube moves upward wrapping the fabric up finishing up neatly at the top of the opening under the eve of your dairy barn. This reduces dirt and moisture damage, degradation caused by ultra violet light and eliminates rodent damage. View More....


Original Top Down

This dairy barn curtain is the simplest and least expensive. The curtain is permanently fastened along the bottom of the wall opening and then lowered (opened) from the top by a cable system either hand winched or power actuator. By opening the curtain from the top it forces the cooler air to enter high up along the sidewall which avoids severe drafts on your dairy livestock. View More....


Split Systems

This system is well suited to large sidewall dairy openings. Typically the top half of the curtain would fold down to the centre sill and the bottom half of the curtain would be rolled up and under tension. This bottom curtain is usually a summer curtain and may only be activated during the warmer months. Often the bottom curtain is operated manually and the top is operated automatically. This system, although more expensive, allows for greater sidewall opening heights and greater versatility in moderating the climate for dairy housing. View More....

Parlour

For increased comfort in the milking parlour, a heavy fabric parlour curtain wall is the ideal answer. This curtain can be installed between the holding area and parlour or main dairy barn and parlour. Typically, the curtain is fastened to the ceiling or top header and a horizontal sleeve in the centre of the curtain contains a 3-1/2" glavalom tube. This tube then rotates moving upwards rolling the bottom half and the top half as it progresses upwards finishing up against the ceiling. Normally the curtain rolls up automatically by way of a motor mounted inside the centre tube. View More....

Large Door Commodity

Weather Stop fabric doors are designed for large door openings in open front calf and heifer barns, commodity sheds and implement buildings. Weather Stop is unique because it is an anti-unravel knitted polyethylene fabric with a very high level of UV protection guaranteeing long life. Weather Stop fabric is semi-permeable which allows some air movement and minimum ventilation through very small openings in the fabric while keeping out rain and snow. Weather Stop uses gear drives to roll the fabric up and down allowing clear access for opening up to 30' high. View More....
