When a ridged white insulated panel is demanded then the Sun-North North-Lite panel becomes the market choice.
The North-Lite panel has an inner and outer shell of 60mil white Polyethylene HDPE with a very high UV rating and if abused by animal contact or human error North-Lite won’t crack like a fibreglass shell.
The inner core is 1-1/2” type 1 EPS insulation creating an R value of R8.
The outer frame is an aluminum extrusion specifically designed by Sun-North and incorporates Sun-North’s own weather seal gasket.
The North-Lite panel range from 3 ft to 100 ft long and can be custom sized to suit the customer requests whether it is a new facility or a retrofit.
North-Lite can be a solid panel or incorporate thermal glass windows (17”x 35”) at the owner’s discretion.
